About UQK

Charmain Valentine Rule is a devoted wife, loving mother (and proud momager), talented artist, creative decorator, accomplished pageant director, and skilled photographer.

Charmain began her journey in pageant and talent show production in 2003. She is the founder and director of the Universal Queens and Kings Pageant System, where she has built a reputation for excellence and empowerment. Beyond directing, Charmain has spent years judging, photographing, and coaching contestants, helping them build confidence and shine on stage.

Tatianna Valentine began competing in pageants at the age of five, which sparked both her and her mother’s involvement in the pageant world. Over the years, Tatianna has competed in and won several titles, including Miss Harris County Teen, Miss Dallas Teen with the Miss America Organization, and Miss Teen Rockwall with the Miss USA Organization. In addition to her accomplishments as a competitor, Tatianna has also dedicated herself to coaching and training children and teens in pageantry, dance, and interview skills.
